To get started – simply sign up and book a consultation with us where we’ll discuss your dating preferences. 

Anybody who has a consultation with us will then be placed on to our BASIC FREE membership. 

The BASIC membership means that if your profile matches the preferences of other members you may be selected as a recommendation for them.  

BASIC members can then upgrade to our PREMIUM and DELUXE memberships. 

Note that we only search for recommendations for our PREMIUM or DELUXE members.

Added to client database: 

This means you are added to our database of clients as a basic member and your profile may be chosen for as a recommendation to members of the PREMIUM or DELUXE memberships. 

Unlike the PREMIUM and DELUXE memberships we do not actively search for recommendations for you based on your preferences. We only search for PREMIUM and DELUXE members. 

Introductions made:

This means that we make introductions between you and other members. 

If you have a BASIC membership and your profile meets the preferences of a PREMIUM or DELUXE member then we will reach out to them and offer your profile as a ‘recommendation’. 

If they say yes then we reach out to you, as a basic member, and offer their profile as a ‘recommendation’ to you. 

Once you’ve both agreed that the recommendation suits then its a match! We then make an introduction by exchanging email addresses. 

Email updates:

We”ll provide email updates to you about recommendations, matches and introductions. 

Upto 2 or 6 recommendations: 

Depending whether you choose the monthly or 3 monthly membership this is the amount of recommendations you can typically expect over your membership plan. If its monthly you can expect us to offer you 2 recommendations of people we believe align with your preferences. If it is 3 monthly you can expect 6 over the course of 3 months. 

Active searching:

This means we’ll actively search through our client database to find recommendations for you based on your preferences. This is unlike the BASIC membership where we don’t search for recommendations. 

Introductions made:

This means that we make introductions between you and other members. 

If you have a PREMIUM membership we’ll actively search for profiles that meet your preferences then we will reach out to you and offer you share their profile to you as a ‘recommendation’. 

If you say yes then we reach out to them and offer your profile as a ‘recommendation’ to them. 

Once you’ve both agreed that the recommendation suits then its a match! We then make an introduction by exchanging email addresses.

Date feedback:

After we’ve made an introduction we will wait for a week until you’ve had time to have your date. We’ll send you a date feedback form and ask for feedback on how the date went and how close your match was to your preferences. If you are a PREMIUM or DELUXE member we’ll use this to fine tune your future matches. 

Unlimited recommendations: 

This means there is no limit to the amount of recommendations you can receive. If your preferences match 10 people you can expect to receive that many!  

Priority searching:

This means we’ll give you priority when searching through our client database to find recommendations for you based on your preferences. For any new members who join your profile preferences will be considered first. 

Introductions made:

This means that we make introductions between you and other members. 

If you have a DELUXE membership we’ll search for profiles that meet your preferences first then we will reach out to you and offer you share their profile to you as a ‘recommendation’. 

If you say yes then we reach out to them and offer your profile as a ‘recommendation’ to them. 

Once you’ve both agreed that the recommendation suits then its a match! We then make an introduction by exchanging email addresses.

If you have a 3 month DELUXE membership you can pause your membership for up to 3 months and resume if needed. This is a great option if you meet someone through our service and want to give it some time to see how it goes before receiving further recommendations.

After we’ve made an introduction we will wait for a week until you’ve had time to have your date. Date feedback:

We can share your profile across our client database and social sites. We never reveal any information that may identify you and we don’t share pictues- just your first name and a short snippet about your hobbies and what type of person you are looking for. You can see an example below:

‘James, 32, is seeking a woman who shares his passion for cooking Italian food. James likes to keep fit by going to the gym, enjoys travelling, has a dog and lives in Belfast’ 

We also run the description past you before we promote a profile to make sure you are happy with it too.
