Suitability Review
After your consultation, we review whether we believe we can realistically help based on your preferences, availability and our current candidate pool.
Accepted or Reapply Later
If accepted, you may join our candidate pool for 6 months or upgrade to Premium or Elite. If we are not the right fit at this stage, you can apply again in 6 months.
Booking a consultation does not guarantee acceptance into the matchmaking service. Applications are reviewed individually after consultation.

If you’re accepted, your profile is added to our Candidate Pool for 6 months. Whilst we do not actively search for you while you are in the candidate pool we may reach out if you’re a great fit for one of our paying members.

We’ll chat for 30 minutes about what you’re looking for, your past dating experiences, and your ideal match. It’s relaxed and conversational— we do this via a video call
The consultation is £35. If we’re a good fit, Premium starts at £79/month and Elite at £129/month. All packages include personalised searching and recommendations.
Your consultation fee is credited toward your membership if you upgrade within 30 days.
If you’re accepted, your profile is added to our Candidate Pool for 6 months. During that time, you may be considered for introductions when we’re actively searching for our Premium/Elite members. This option is for being considered and being available — it doesn’t include active searching or guaranteed recommendations.
Whether you are only in the candidate pool, a Premium or Elite member – everyone will get the same details.
The only difference is that our Premium and Elite members also get to see profile photos.
Whilst we do our best to recommend our most suitable members to you we understand that we can’t always get it right. Our Premium and Elite members must complete their date feedback forms after each recommendation. This helps us curate and tailor future recommendations. We are also available for contact and support throughout your membership so feel free to let us know how we’re doing at any time.
We require photographic ID from all members and ask for declaration of any unspent criminal offences. We conduct a personal consultation with everyone to ensure profile integrity.
Yes, if you are an Elite member you can pause for a month. This is perfect if you want to see how it goes if you meet someone you like.
Yes, you can upgrade from Premium to Elite at any time. You cannot downgrade your package.
We’re an application-only service to protect quality and increase the chances of good outcomes for everyone.
You’ll be informed within 48 hours of your consultation.
If we’re not the right fit right now, we’ll be honest and supportive about why — and what you can do next.
The consultation fee covers the session and is non-refundable. If you’re accepted and join a paid package, we can apply it as credit toward a selected membership (Premium or Elite) if you decide to upgrade within 30 days of acceptance.

Our matchmaking service is open to singles aged 30-55. We’ve found this age range gives us the best gender balance and allows us to offer the best service to our members.
If you’re slightly outside this range, feel free to reach out to us before booking your consultation and we can discuss whether we think you would be a good fit for the service.
